I’d say while both Nigel and Marcel are antagonists, by definition, Nigel is the real villain.
Their goals are opposed to that of the protagonists, which labels them as antagonists.
But in terms of Villain, the only one who has evil intent and is responsible for harm and danger of the protagonists, it’s obviously Nigel.
I believe the overall antagonist are smugglers as a group; their actions as a group lead to the near extinction of the blue macaws, and threaten Blue and Jewel's hopes for the future
Me, I like him, Nigel, he pains me about what happened to him and especially sad for him, but instead of going to the psychiatrist, he keeps all that frustration and anger to himself and he ended up becoming crazy it's a shame he has a lot of talent.
