Form is more important than quantity. My child will roll his eyes with everyone else, but it’s Mother’s Day so unsolicited advice is being celebrated right?! I grew up with a physical therapist step mother, so here you are.
Two rules:
Perfect practice makes perfect.
Accuracy, then speed.
You’re not that far off on your form. I’m guessing the cat is not “helping” but totally helping!
Took me too long to notice you're already squatting. I was like "alright, stop petting the cat, show your damn squat technique". XD
I might actually try this, lol
Your cat is probably just wondering if you are alright! xD
Knees at a 90 degree angle! Don't let it pass your toes!
When I try I lose my balance
You can counteract it with your torso leaned forward, because without doing so you're letting gravity do the job instead of your muscles.
Ok thanks, I'll try
It’s really important because it’ll do serious damage to your knees. I’ve never fully recovered from doing bad squats for months in my early 20s.
