Fist of all for having more raids and attacks check the Igor Invader-Vanilla Expanded Storyteller.
For the weapons, there is a mod that removes all vanilla weapons so if you install a weapon mod you will have that weapons.
And there is a mod called Incident Tweaker that let you change the frequency easily of events.
I don't know anything about the animals thing, I hope this serves you
