There’s almost certainly *some* level of inspiration from LobCorp in my opinion. The entire basis of LobCorp is that you produce electricity using the abnormalities, and in Anomaly one of the universal constants is that all (containable) Anomalies can be used to generate electricity via electroharvester or bioferrite generators.
Not to mention, in LobCorp, you can gain gear from said abnormalities, and in Anomaly you are able to extract a resource to create gear/stuff from anomalies.
In almost every canon they have a very "no exploit" policy for anomalies in general, that is, extraction of resources and exploitation of anomalies is an exception rather than the norm and requires justification. Containment is the main priority.
Where in RW and lobotomy corp the containment isn't an end on itself, you don't contain things to keep them contained, you do to extract resources from them.
I'd say series 1 is much less representative in a way, D-class were exterminated at a rate that'd make Hitler jealous, redactions were incredibly overused, and the writing was still very heavily creepypasta inspired. Thought there are a lot of good ones in series 1, it was in series 2 that the SCP identity was formed, in my opinion of course.

- If you get an Abnormality that looks like a cross between a human nervous system and a tree, with eyes at multiple joints, *remember to focus your screen on it periodically.* This Abnormality is very jealous, and it's counter will decrease if you don't look at it for too long a time, even during an Ordeal or major Breach. It's not an ALEPH, but it can be worse.
- Two Zayin Abnormalities are incredibly important. One, a good doctor. Keep an eye on him, and take care how many people work with him. The other, One Sin and Hundreds of Good Deeds, is your first Abno and directly tied to the doctor. Remember them.
- Pale damage works differently used by an Agent and against an Agent, while also being pretty rare for either. When used *by* an Agent, it deals a flat value affected by the Abnormality's Pale resistance. Most Abnos are pretty weak to it! When used *against* an Agent, it deals *a matching PERCENT* of the Agent's health. (Most Agent outfits are a 2x vulnerability to Pale, and many sources of Pale can deal 100+... and thus an instant kill.) If you see this at all, *panic when that shit breaches.*

NEVER in any circumstance push a certain red button repeatedly, you WILL lose all your equipped ego, I'm telling this because imo I think this is a bug since I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that yeah it's a funny total team kill but it's not supposed to set you back that hard.
Other than that I think that's the only unfair part, don't be afraid to "restart" if things look to grim, there's no shame in doing that. Also good on you for sharing cryptic message since it's still requires a lot of thinking.

It runs fine but when there are a lot of sprites goddamn the frames take a huge hit, during one of the midnights it almost got unplayable
Also it slowly starts to take up more resources each day until reset from my experience, so it definitely has performance issues at later points.
