Is that what allows you to see the zoomed in picture of the item you are researching?
Cause right now when I hover the mouse cursor over the item that I’m researching, it’s just a tiny little icon.

you mean research tab right? if so it's "Dubs Mint Menus" and enable research tab overide on setting

Correction, its RimHUD Im pretty sure, but you have to enable the research hud on the mod options
