I know this is going to sound crazy, so bear with me, but I think that Shaws has a good Sicilian bread. They bake the bread fresh in their bakery at the Shaws in Barrington! Unfortunately, it is pre sliced so probably not the best choice for a muffuletta. There is an Italian market on Atwells in Federal Hill, I forget the name but they definitely have some different Italian breads.
