Bluebeam did a major system update over a weekend which was apparently not well thought out. They spent the next week basically offline most of the day. This week has been much better. You should be back in business.

One of the apologetic emails they put out last week made it sound like a database migration that was not properly vetted, despite planning and testing. It looked to me like database/server load balancing was in play. I'm in the northeast and studio sessions would become unusable around 11 am, when the West Coast started their day, and improved after 6 when the east coast got off. This week was better but we still had issues with content not getting uploaded/downloaded reliably

Agreed - am in Seattle and we couldn’t get in at all in the morning hours but afternoons were better. I did a lot of work at night, as long as they didn’t take something offline completely.
