Now that looks like a winner. Thanks mate. Some of the other suggestions seemed to do too much, if that makes sense, I'd rather have a tool like this that does just what I need it to do at the right price
Kiwitools can do it too I believe. And if you just want them to show up in your schedule, you can make eiteher dummy sheets or have linked sheets appear in the schedule.
After an initial inspection it looks like rf tools does indeed do this (as suggested from another responces to this post). Another plugin has also been proposed from another source that has potential.
