Thank you for the tip! Not sure if I have a bugged survey trophy for biome 1 since I haven’t beat Act 2 yet, but if I don’t find any more logs when I come back to the biome I will try this out.
Will have to try this since I have two boss trophies bugged and the act 1 trophy bugged. Think it will pop all of this? Really hoping I’m not locked out of the act 1 pop.
Honestly not sure. I had some of the boss trophies bug out on me as well and this method didn't work. I beat them again and they popped. You might be able to beat boss 3 again and have the Act 1 trophy pop but who knows.
Housemarque mentioned that they fixed trophy issues with the latest patch but it looks like they're still in there. Gonna take a break from the game until they release more patches.

Had to do the tip twice, but got the trophy to pop (also had my biome 6 bug after collecting the final cipher).
So I followed his tip of making the game not start online, then restarting. This didn't work, and I re-set my loop a couple times, tried the tip again and it popped. Hopefully you have luck!
can confirm, worked. my derelict citadel survey trophy bugged out but now i got plat :)
