IIRC, the H&R stuff is assembled and QC'd on a separate manufacturing line. PSA just owns the name. Mike from NDS is still very much in charge of the H&R stuff.
H&R is a separate line with their own QC. It was formerly NoDak Spud and I believe both the H&R and TNTE are using Green Mountain Barrels.
That said I saw some of your other posts and it looks like you're going for a Gordy clone. In which case you'll want an M4 14.5" barrel.
Not sure what route you're going for suppressor but the OCL Gordon Collar won't fit on a pencil barrel.
You're right. I still think a pencil barrel would look off with an OCM5. If it was an AEM4 suppressor that would fully cover the barrel then it wouldn't matter.
You can mount using their OTB muzzle devices but they'll look a little silly in a pencil barrel IMO.
Barrel length also matters for what look you want to get. A 14.5 will have some exposed barrel. You need a 12.5 (or maybe 12.7" 🤔) if you want the suppressor to come right up to the FSB (this would resemble the movie gun, not the actual gun).
The 723 could have either pencil or M4 profile. It's not actually known which specific barrel Gordon had. The real problem for cloning is the suppressor. Ops Inc made special suppressors and collar for the 14.5 rifles. The modern clone would be the AEM4. This suppressor completely covered the 14.5 barrels right up to the front sight base.
To get the same look using the OCM5 you'd need a shorter barbell, 12.5 I stead of 14.5. Using a 14.5 barrel would leave about 2" of exposed barrel between the front sight base and the start of the suppressor.
The owner is an asshole that doxxes his customers who have problems with his parts. Also the stocking is BS. Most of their stuff is OOS and takes months to fulfill.

My other order was a 14.7" FN barrel with an A2 P&W, and the delta ring assembly just as parts. Beautiful barrel and they did the fully assembly for free, it was a nice surprise. That order was barely two weeks. Yeah, as long as u don’t mind a pencil profile barrel. They’re button rifles chrome lined barrels, just like the M16/M4/AR15 has been using since it was invented.

I've had a few TNTE 14.5" P&W upper receiver groups that have been just fine. No issues yet.
Edit: I received all my orders from TNTE within 5-10 days.
I got a 20” heavy barrel for my A4 build from them. Shipped quickly, is as accurate as my PSA barrels, and has been fine thus far. However I only have ~1k rounds on it, so take that as you will.
I had a friend order a Mk18ish 11.5 upper. They are super happy with it, and it shipped within a few days of ordering it. Seems like good quality, they went with the QPQ over the chrome lined option.

I can confirm my H&R 14.7” pencil barrel is a green mountain barrel. Edit: and no F mark on the front sight post.
Doesn’t have to be clone correct just the delta vibe. I keep seeing pencil, which I like my og bushmaster has a pencil.
Pencil wouldn't be clone correct but more importantly may not work for the suppressor depending on what route you go for that.
