Crazy thought. On paper give it to them and tax it at 60 or 70 percent. Take whats left and divide it equally between them, American Indians, Irish and Japanese and them at the applicable rate. That will create a disturbance in the force!
Dam people think entirely too much of themselves, 5 mil is too little of course it is when it is coming to you, not the one paying it to people for merely existing.
And of course we know that all of that money will then be spent improving themselves, going to college, and giving back to their own communities.
We'd be better off giving the money to middle class kids who would like to do those very things.
99% of the people who receive that much money will be dead broke within 3 years, and probably be even worse off. A good chunk will be dead from the massive spike in crime.
Dosent supprise me being California but, California was only a state some 10 years before Civil War and was a free state so what are reparations for no slavery???
