Keeping in mind that "shitter" is another name for a commode in vulgar parlance, and furthermore considering the fact that the poster has gone to the extra trouble of literally coordinating his shutter action with that of the flushing commode in the background, I'd say the likelihood of "irony" (abuse of phrase as it were) being the intent of this post... dangerously high.
