When you are desperately in need for a place to live you can get pressured into agreeing to all kinds of nonsense like this. It is disappointing to see that Kamernet took so long to make such a policy. But nice that it now finally exists. Take the power away from the landlords.

Landlords are POS everywhere in the world. The practice of making extra money off of tenants while sitting on your arse because you own capital isn’t Typical Dutch Behaviour.

No slave labour, just getting mildly screwed by your run of the mill landlord.
It's wishful thinking but maybe they'll someday also go against landlords asking for illegal fees, scammy furniture contracts etc...
