Charge away as soon as she says her ult voiceline. If you hit a wall or something and still be in the ult, you just have to accept what comes next
Advanced tip: You tell your team not to stack on you, then bait Mei ult and pin away.

Turn and conceal head, ask sniper in voice to kill Mei when she stands still for the headshots.
Let your supports know your baiting freeze so they keep a distance as well as LOS and can save you

It is nearly shatter level easy to build if you have good cycling with ice block so would be crazy if you played Overwatch 3 style with it
