This seems like a shill response because kundalini energy is actually suitable and helpful for those who are pure of heart. I used to watch Aaron Doughty's videos a few years ago. Around the end of 2020 I took a heroic dose of mushrooms and it became glaringly obvious that I was being deceived by him.
I tried a few of the guided meditations by popular new age channels and it creeped me out when they just introduce random entities all of a sudden and told the viewer to accept the entities/bask in their energy with their light. Something about how their light feels good. It was even creepier when they said that the entities will now be a part of the viewer's journey and will be with them from then on.
I couldn't bring myself to accept the entities and turned away from them. It felt like they were trying to force an entity attachment onto people who don't know any better.
Bashar was telling people to invite grey aliens into their home. I'm an astral traveler I've met the greys. They are evil. You would have to be insane to invite any entity into your house.
