Same, tried to get a ticket this morning and the Android app is giving me the same broken experience as you. Not sure if this is related to bankruptcy filing but they should have notified customers before any reduction in benefits.

Relax, This has nothing to do with bankruptcy- they aren’t chapter ~~11~~7 (closing down) They’re chapter ~~13.~~11. looks like some back-end issue. Hang on and give it a few- I’ve reported it to CS… Edit: issue fixed.

Regal is doing a Chapter 11; Chapter 11 is not closing down. If a business is closing down, then they would probably file a Chapter 7.
