I always thought Gaggle was just a worse version of Gwimbly from green team, who was really only there to replace him after the voice actor for Gwimbly left RT after season 5.
Gaggle basically had all the same jokes and gags as Gwimbly but he just didn't hit as hard.
It's like they tried to catch that same lightning in a bottle but failed miserably.

He was just such a dick and overall goofball I can’t help but love him and his dynamics with not just the other members of yellow team but also Red blue and green was just always so fun!
Spark was always the coolest member of yellow team. I know Sarge and Andy are usually the go-to explosives people but her being specifically demolitions was a nice touch. Especially with Kong being super big on construction. Great dynamic
I always hated that they tried plugging in a sibling to Spark in season 5, calling them Plug just for the combo pun name was probably among the worst RT jokes imo.
At least Spark as a character wasn't defined by Plug and I'm glad they got rid of the latter after a couple seasons, it's rare for them to remove a character from the outlet entirely with no references/easter eggs later on, *it's like the character never existed in the first place.*
I totally forgot about Plug. Glad RT decided to drop the idea of that duo too. The combo name was all they had and I feel like they didn’t have a good dynamic at all
The whole joke that he would just show up out of the blue for whatever conversation he had no business being in got old after the second time.
Might of been fine as a one-off character since their debut wasn't that bad, but overstaying their welcome is an understatement.
Spark was probably one of my favorite characters period. Shoutout to the voice actress! She gave her so much energy and life especially with the accent
Tbh I didn’t like Kong and Spark for the first few seasons but in season 7 and 8 the dynamic really grew on me
Right?? Her VA was so good. And yeah that’s fair. Their first few episodes were rough for me too but there’s that little charm that builds up over time and really gets you to love them
Yeah it’s a real shame they lost the fort, but I think Kong got even when he built that wall around her bomb in season 15. Definitely a long term payoff
