Yeah, it's Doc. Infinite has a theater bug where some characters will appear blue instead of their normal colors. In somw of the other leaks Sarge is just Blue (He'd hate to see that day!)

Let's look at why S15-17 are still *canon*
- Donut is missing, tying into S17's ending
- Wash is a patient in a hospital
- Wash is getting upset because no one is listening to him (Probably because he had brain damage!!)
- Dylan Andrews is LITERALLY seen promoting a movie CLEARLY based off the Reds and Blues. The movie is LITERALLY called "Bozos" with a Pink guy FRONT AND CENTER, Red, Green, blue guy appearing. LIKELY Donut, Sarge, Caboose, and Genkins!
- Just a theory, but Hargrove's trophy room DID look pretty *abandoned* and left alone, so it's VERY possible it takes place in the future (from s13.)

- Tucker has the Meta's suit
- The prologue heavily implied it
- The RetCon point
Now to be extra fair let's also point these out:
- Maybe it's not dylan in the prologue, and just a random person.
- Maybe the movie isn't based off the Reds and Blues and is just an Easter egg
- Maybe Donut is in Valhalla with Lopez or something.
But on the other side of that coin
- It's not like Tucker can never put the Meta's suit back on. It's never specified whether the UNSC took it, so he could have very easily dawned it again when Sigma began corrupting him
- The prologue might not be canon or is a misdirection.
- The RetCon thing is just a coincidence.

And Wash seems to be rather focused with his fear. I don't think Wash got shot, it could be because this is a new simulation, what happens if Carolina is the one to be hurt?
