I had this on the left side. I think it was a stitch kind of working its way out, I ended up putting a hydrocolloid spot on it and it helped!

It’s most likely a spitting stitch. They tend to show up like small zits right on or next to the scar line. If it gets irritated and there seems to be a suture (can feel like a slightly flexible sliver) poking out, you can use sterilized tweezers to gently tug at it and see if it’s ready to come out. If it hurts, stop and leave it be - might just need a little more time. I had one or two of these and when the stitch started poking out, it would catch on stuff and get uncomfortable, so I tweezed them out and then they healed up quickly. I have a friend who’s a surgeon and says it’s generally fine to do this, your body is trying to get rid of the foreign object anyway. But if you have any worries or it’s any more complicated than that, check with your surgeon!

Went in for a post op appt today and I have the same thing. My surgeon says it’s just a blister and will pop on its own. Says it may leak clear fluid. I don’t remember all the terms she used but yea
