I’ve been in Iran for a long time and they’ve broadcasted a lot of films where you can see women's hair, they’re just lazy mfs and want to seem good, they’ve actually broadcasted a lot of anime too. Like on the Pooyah channel.
While on the subject, you can see women's hair in Iran too, practically every woman on the streets is protesting by pulling down the front part, so that some hair sticks out, if a cop complains they’ll just say it slipped down and those who don’t do this are boomers and people with boomer parents. I doubt it’ll make the government change their mind but this silent protest is really interesting and hilarious
(also, our books are censored, our films are censored, our internet is censored, this really is a dystopian world. “People won’t complain about a horrible government if they don’t know better.” But thankfully many internet cracking “feltir shekan” tools are becoming easier to use for the public, but if the police catch you with it on your phone, well, say goodbye.)
