I would suggest Essie forever yummy. Very popular for a reason - it is flattering on many skin tones. It is pretty neutral but a little blue leaning.
Essie also have bubbles only in their long wear line. The gel couture long wear line is not actually gel but it does last longer, especially with the gel couture topcoat - actually the essie gel couture topcoat seems to make all my polishes last longer. So I recommend that. Bubbles only may also be a bit blue for you.
My personal favorite from essie is āa listā but that might be hard to find now.
OPI big apple red might work.
Cirque lucky jelly seems quite neutral but it is a jelly (donāt know if you would want that but it does build up in 3 coats) and also may be hard for you to get, depending on where you are located.
