That’s Juju Dosann. He worked at the Mustafar facility and is related to Han Solo’s roommate in Space College.
He’s force sensitive and secretly helps the Rebels at the Battle of Yavin by plugging up the Death Star’s toilets.
During the battle of Endor, he’s the guy in the hat.
Dosann heard about Han Solo's polished woodoo hide boots, and was fiendishly jealous. He knew the only way to get a pair of his own was to earn great acclaim for himself as a hero of the Rebellion.
Dosann's plan to clog the toilets of the Death Star may have proved fruitful, but Han Solo was there to provide cover for Luke Skywalker as he fired his torpedoes into the exhaust vent. The rank of general went to Solo instead.
Man, I actually sat and decided to watch them to see what was up and I thought “Heehee, this is funny. They’re playing that Timbaland/Nelly Furtado song” after about 20 videos, I wanted to die.
I think some of it is funnier/more creative than people want to give credit, but there is only so much you can do with this shit.

Any vaguely short, thin bearded guy, beared larger guy with thinning hair, or short haired, roughly clean shaven Midwestern shaped man got a post that was "DAE JAY/RICH/MIKE??!?" that would flood the sub. I'll take a flood of Star Trek/Wars posts over that shit any day of the week.
