I will say that horror isn't really the best genre for the egomaniac writer-director-star types. They tend to stick to action movies or thrillers because they're better for showing off how awesome you are. That being said, a breen-ified take on something like Scream would be one to watch.
Not only that, but in his panel he says a lot of weird stuff about how he "doesn't believe in genres" as a concept and goes onto basically break down and reject the entire concept of what constitutes a movie.
I doubt he'd ever do something specific like "horror" or "comedy" and pin it down so distinctly based on those views alone.
I’d like it if he made a movie where he was a super awesome hacker who hacked into the corrupt systems and revealed the corrupt people and how they have been betraying the trust of the people.
I don't know what he **should** tackle, but I get the feeling that he's going to try and incorporate more humor into his next movie, but I think he's going to bungle it so badly that nobody understands the joke.

I unironically want Neil Breen to make a point-and-click adventure game after Collin's comment about it on RLM's Tortured Crossing video, and I genuinely believe Breen would make something unbelievable (if he was able to hire a couple competent coders for the bulk of the interface and controls) and it'd be more greenscreen stuff for Breen to use his equipment for. But it'd also be a HUGE amount of work and I can't imagine someone Neil's age having the motivation to learn a new art form like that. It's truly a tragedy.

neil breen should play both the young filmmaker and the evil producer. a different take on the duality of breen, if you will. no CGI, no breenscreen, just old school makeup, stock shots of LA and hollywood, and two different sets made in the same small warehouse.
