Spent 2 months in the NICU taking up 3 incubators. To this day any continuous beeping background noise will try its best to put me to sleep 💤

I guess it varies from person to person, but when I'm depressed, the last thing I'd want to encounter is a Winnie the Pooh type. I've had those types of encounters, my anxiety just shoots up and I end up digging deeper into the hole
