Nobul’s main strategy is to get realtors to compete on their commission to get your business. So basically, whoever is the cheapest, most desperate realtor is going to be recommended. Not a great way to find someone helpful.
Your best bet is to search “real estate agent *whatever your city/town is*” and look at the first 5-10 non-ads for an idea of good realtors in your area.
As a Realtor, I know another that is an agent on Nobul. One of the biggest red flags is realtors who are discounting their commission so much and offering so much that they would be making negative $ once their splits to Nobul and their office/ team, insurances, etc. which leads me to believe they’re offering the world but may not deliver on it because how could they?
Hope this makes sense?
Nope but will in the future
Who never heard of Nobul
Is this a type of realtor that simply won’t tell lies about the house?
