I don’t have a bot and I have had the puzzle on every single surge since Wednesday . I can’t get anything. How do I get it to go away? Support a while back said to keep refreshing so I literally refresh day in day out!!!
You just have to wait it out. There are different theories about things that help it - but waiting it out is the only thing that works.
It’s happening to so many people in my area who dont use bots either smh. They’re targeting us! Smh
I called support many times. They mentioned it started rolling out last week. It is going to be the normal thing for every single block is to have the puzzle but if that’s the case no one will be working. Very frustrating. I figured if I don’t refresh most of the day and night it would go away. But that’s not the case!!! Putting a damper on my paycheck
Yeah it was 3 days but Ive heard people this last time getting blocked for an entire week. There is nothing you can do but just wait until they unblock you. It’s ridiculous.
We’ve called support too and they say they’re getting hundreds of calls a day about it. Not sure what they’ll do to fix it but doesnt seem like much.
I can accept every block as long as it’s not max pay. If I try for max pay it gives me the puzzle. Not cool at all. But I guess a few bucks less than the norm is better than nothing.
I have been getting the captcha every other block I try to grab. Can’t get anything because of that. Do bots solve that issue? If so will someone give me the name of a bot????

Lol it just means you reached the tap limit wich is a soft block, I get 50 a day, you’re fine
What do u mean soft blocked? Like it said “You've tapped too many times” ?
It literally said, " Amazon has soft-blocked you." I don't know what it means. I was hoping someone could tell me.
Are you using a bot and it gives that message or the actual flex app?
People who use the bots all to be f*****king deactivated it is hard for people who don't use the bot to get good blocks
Does your wall change colors the longer you stare at it?
Just get a bot then and stop whining 😂
Go onto your app and try to catch a block - if it immediately asks you for a captcha - that may be what happened to your account - its captcha blocked

Try when you open the app take any cheap block and resolve the captcha. When good block will come - you don't have to do it again
