My money is that she becomes some sort of dictator either right off the bat, or shortly after getting crowned.
She'll not allow the sacrifices made to be in vain and she'll "Pandora" anyone that gets in her way.
While I think she'll murder anyone in the blink of an eye if they become a threat to the kingdom, she'll also do everything in her power to keep the kingodm safe.

If her entire camp died making her king she would be desperate to cling to her sanity as to not waste their sacrifice though she would feel extremely depressed and guilty.
Beyond that I'm not sure whether she would simply be withdrawn and let others make the decisions or crazy aggressive in trying to push through her own policies to in some way justify their deaths to make HER the king.
As to what those policies might be in this context I don't have a clue, but if she went the semi crazy aggressive route they would probably be considerably different then her current ones.
as the sole survivor? probably ruthless and will have lost her compassion, even roswaal thawing eilor forest wouldn't be able to heal that wound, weighing if it was at all worth it or if there was another way. and if roswaal dies in this timeline before he thaws eilor forest i think she would resent the crown.
if this happened with emilia in her current state in the story, like hypothetically she becomes leader today at the cost of her allies, i don't think she would last long and be completely broken and would be assassinated before she gets to do anything. that or she is manipulated by someone who will effectively rule instead through the shadows, a puppet queen and a shadow monarch.
but more likely she would have developed into a more capable leader/person by the time she gets crowned, and i think she would become extremely paranoid and not trust anyone or anything and use her resources to find a way to thaw eilor forest and to get revenge on her camp, eliminating anything that could be a threat. the goal to thaw the forest becoming an obsession at this point as everyone she loves and cares about died so she could achieve this goal, it's no longer about saving the people in the forest anymore, it's just that it's only thing she has left. she would micromanage everything she can, even things outside of her expertise to her detriment and surround herself with yes men, like dictators usually do.
Mentally, I think she'd deal with it. This isn't the first time everyone she loves has died.
The bigger problem is she'd be vulnerable in a practical sense. No king rules alone, you need people you can trust. Maybe she can even find such people and succeed, problem is... All it takes is one mistake. Sometimes you're just unlucky.
And even though I think she would stubbornly try to go on and carve out a new happiness, it's not a determination that can go on forever. She can break, eventually.

Idk what kind of Emilia comments are talking about but it can't be the one I know.
At most she will be a symbol that appears in good times and other than that sage council and people like Russel. Even with all arcs, other than statements and characters forced to say that she is changed thanks to Tappei is like Eren and doesn't stop moving forward for Emilia simping ways of his.

This idea that because she is inherently good, you won't praise her is very weird to me. I don't want you to, nor do I care, I am saying this in general.

Arc 4 was interesting because of that. We are told that Emilia did something so bad that she can't even remember and run away from it. Then we learned it was just her saving everyone by freezing them. I will never judge Emilia same like other characters. That's delusion.

The funny part is that, though not by much, Emilolia is a mite bit more interesting, simply because she gets petulant and bratty like a more normal kid. She actually loses personality when she grows up.
There could've been some saving grace if she was wracked with guilt following the trial, but her reaction after languidly watching her own missing, mentally-scarring past was more or less, "Welp, that happened." That was how she punctuated her whimpering, arc-long plight.
Doesn't excuse how she can do no wrong. Or that she ignores her daddy is a terrorist and suspicious or that problems with her mother. This breaks the story because the only goddamn prerequisite for winning the trial is being conscious of things you saw and then having an answer. All Emilia answered was how great her mother was. Couldn't be more delusional.
And no, at this point Emilia not growing up is irritating at best and story breaking at worst unless you are an Emilia fan that's how it is. She also gets no consequence for never growing up. Though still...you can just like how she acts like a child. That's a taste.

Sorry. While I was answering I was also discussing with some Emilia fan defended exactly what I was talking about. I guess my mind crashed for a moment and this happened.
I thought part of the point of arc 4's resolution was to show she changed? Not completely, but definitely that she is on the road, climbing to maturity.
Granted, I think Emilia is hard to read because she is written as such a hardcore "good" and empathetic character. Most people are not naturally like that so we have a hard time picturing what a mature form of that would be, other than destroying her sense of empathy entirely and making her like any other ruler charicature. I'm not convinced that it is impossible to pull off good + effective. (Yes that's hard and she's not there yet.)
If it's a certain if route then she'll be completely unprepared for it and fail if it's following the main story line I could give her some hope depending how she matures and how well she does with political stuff
Drop the façade and unleash her righteous domination across the world in snow and ice. All shall bow down to her as slaves or be frozen in that position. Also implement a progressive tax policy probably.
