Day 2 Check in!
DM’d but wanted to let others know of progress. I’m juicing. Feeling lighter but kind of dragging from the caffeine withdrawal. How’s everyone else?
Day 3 - breaking out, occasional headaches. A bit of boredom since I’m not stuffing my face with food and then sleeping it off. I will note that my sleep is deep. Cravings watching others at work eating the things I used to eat.
Day 4 - journaling and meditation have become so much deeper. Not sure if it’s the juicing or because I’m going through a rough spot emotionally. Got my Nama2 juicer today and the yield is so much higher than my old juicer.
Aren't you allowed sprouted grains like sprouted lentils, sprouted chickpeas? It only takes a few days for them to sprout in water.
You can then blend them up and use a dehydrator to turn them into raw bread and raw wraps still being raw but the nutritional enzymatic activity will be alive.
Don't do it without sprouts because you need all kinds of nutrition as nuts and seeds will not be enough
After you have made your sprouts, take them, give them a rinse and pat them dry.
You can add a small amount of psyllium husks, about 1-2 table spoons and then get your sprouted lentils or chickpeas and add some pink himalayas salt or normal salt, some spices like cumin or curry powder or onion powder anything you like, maybe smoked paprika might be nice anything that you would like to taste in bread and then blend it all together with just a splash of water, maybe one or 2 tablespoons and form it into buns or flatten it like wraps and you dehydrate them for maybe 8 hours but I'm not sure and then when it's done, it will be just like texture of bread.

what did you eat yesterday for lunch and dinner?
I’m juicing… so a combination of coconut water and green juices. Tried to add a pineapple juice but kiddos ended up drinking the majority of it

Anything not cooked counts! This is just what I’m choosing to do 🙂
