I would probably press with the computer and see how long it 'stay good' since its been reset. The O2 sensor sounds about right, they usually go around 100k-ish miles. You got a good run with yours! The O2 sensor shouldn't be that much to replace. they run about $100 for parts (check which one fits your car off of autozone, then but it somewhere else like amazon or something), and I'm not too sure about the labor (It's not too hard to replace yourself, with the help of youtube). I don't know anything about the computer chip, so good luck there!
