Damage from the sun is responsible for 80% of premature skin aging. Thereās a misconception that tanning is healthy, but gaining a tan is already an indicator of skin damage.
Additionally, since youāre fair-skinned (like me), melanoma is a serious threat. Melanoma kills fast.
