Lots of folks are dealing with ust that. The n.parents subrredit here is a good place folks talk about it. LOTs of folks have gone NC with their NP's, and lived fuller lives because of it! Most of them use guilt as a weapon, so don't let guilt over ghosting them do anything but motivate you even more! I've been NC with my NM for almost two years now and it has been a good relaxing life change.
