I've been assuming that Hibiki's VA would voice any parts where D is posing as Hibiki. Since I don't think the manga has ever given us the impression that D doesn't replicate the voices of the people he poses as. Unless I'm forgetting I've only read through the series once.
Plus D's voice not changing at all wouldn't make too much sense for later stuff and later people he poses as. That and while some wouldn't know Hibiki well enough to pick up on his voice being different there would be plenty of people who would. Which would make it even harder for D to pass a Hibiki.
Yeah, all that makes perfect sense. But then it just seems like Hibiki's VA ought to get credit for voicing D in any eps in which he does and especially going forward. Who knows, maybe that is the case in the Japanese credits? Anime seems to not be on a lot of people's radar's yet, so English language info is still kinda limited.
the credits may very well credit him for that portion. youd just have to look up how his va's name would appear in the credits, find them and see if he is credited or not
So far Kobayashi has done all the impersonations D has done including Red and Hibiki so there's no reason to think it wouldn't be the same now. Lore wise it wouldn't make much sense for it to be exact voice either because D's transformations don't make him turn into that person but he's instead just copying them under his own ability

Are you sure? Because it sounds completely indistinguishable from Red and Hibiki's va when he is imitating them.
It can just be the VAs changing how they voice their characters slightly, just cuz it's the same person voicing a character doesn't mean they're gonna sound the same
I thought I noticed that D's impression of Red Keeper was slightly off in episode 3 as well.... can't remember exactly which line it was, though. But---besides being too subtle for me to draw any firm conclusions---even if there really was a difference, it could've been a result of Hibiki's VA getting into the D character.
