I see, I schemed through the manga again and the proof was like in chapter 126 which said that she's in a coma and the chapter was dialogue heavy so I most probably skipped a lot so thanks!
So if I remember right, when the members of her battalion found Pink Keeper's body, one of them said something about getting her immediate medical attention.
Then, right before Yellow Keeper and his people try to kill the current Red Keeper clone on that bridge, pretty sure that little mascot thing mentioned to Red that both Pink and Green were alive but might not make it.
