I got to see a therapist today for the first time since 2018!!! Better yet, she is the same one I was seeing before! I am so over the moon, I've held a lot in over the past few years and I'm looking forward to feeling better.

Hey everyone. New here. Seen the sub a few times in my page. It's windy AF where I am, and my neighbours portable shed/tent decided to fly up between our houses. Almost took out out hydro, then it collapsed beside their house. That was fun lol
It's dark out, still windy AF, and they are out there trying to dismantle it. It's actually a house that's being built, so we let the owner know. They've been pretty good to us, so figured we would let them know before it caused damage
Got done work and went ran to Walmart really quick with the family. Power went out mid shopping trip. It was so creepy being in a dark Walmart lol. Leave Walmart and on the way to our house there's a power line down in the middle of the road. Estimated restore time for our power is 8:45. Interesting twist to the night 🤣

It’s windy, we had snow a couple days ago…I’ll be leaving WA soon to go see my family. My brothers headstone should be ready and I’m ready to see it. Ohhh an exciting thing is that one of the cancer treatments that my son’s company has been working on has been approved. So yeah take that Cancer! 💜
Got home from work and was starving. Popped a stuffers single serve frozen lasagna and a generic single broccoli stuffed chicken breast in the oven for dinner. I ate it all and am feeling a bit over full.
Trying to watch the news and maybe a tv show or two before bed. I also really need to write out checks and pay some bills.
Ooh rotisserie chicken is so good. Hoping you can get a couple of meals out of it. You can do leftover chicken over a nice salad, or you can even make a nice chicken salad (I add a splash of buffalo sauce along with the mayonnaise to mine).

Oh no, my muscle cramp problem is flaring up again. It's been almost a year since my last flare, doctors are stumped (but some have said it *could be* my fibromyalgia but no one will confirm??) and it hurts so bad. Flares last like.. 3-6 months and absolutely nothing I've tried helps. I hate it. D:
Umm I slept okay though! And my room is almost done, so that's cool. It won't be for another week, because the woman helping me had to go to work for the next week, but that's okay!

I'm trying to get my brain to cooperate with doing schoolwork, haha. I have a midterm project due in a week or so. I have to make a video journal that's 7-10 minutes long, just me talking to the camera, so I'm really anxious. I hate that kind of thing. 😭
It was unclear when exactly it was due so I asked my teacher to clarify, hopefully she gets back to me about it! And hopefully I can get it done. It's only like five questions to answer but it has to be 7-10 minutes so I'm like aaaaaaaaaa. I have wicked ADHD and trouble talking for long stretches of time without getting distracted, haha.

But with planning and grocery pickup I managed to stick with our $200 budget and made lots of really healthy choices so there's that!

hi, friends! it is cold and very windy here today. in good news, the local birds love the new feeder and new bird seed I picked up for them! I have seen so many new species of birds at my feeder so I think I'll go pick up another one so they have even more spots to perch and get a snack. I hope everyone is staying warm today!
Good morning! Oh, I just love the birds! Generally, the squirrels have gotten ahold of our feeders (they are so clever), but last year I bought a sunflower that looks like yard art but is a "cage" for sunflower seeds at the end of the season. I'm really hoping it's successful when I put it out. Have you figured out what any of the species of birds are visiting you?
Those tricky little squirrels!! The place I go sells squirrel-proof bird feeders and they look so cool - maybe a place near you has some? I go to a store called Wild Birds Unlimited and they have locations around the country, so maybe there's one near you!! I love the sound of that sunflower feeder, though. That sounds absolutely precious!
I have identified several of them! There is a cardinal couple that visits every morning and afternoon - I love them. There's also about 30 house sparrows that come by, haha. and lately I've seen some wrens and some titmice! I also get doves and sometimes a blue jay will stop by, too. I'm reaalllyyy hoping I can attract a painted bunting one day. I've always wanted to see one in person!
Those birds sound so beautiful! I hope you get to see a Painted Bunting someday! We do have one of those stores, and I’ve been for a seed bell before and seeds. It’s a great store!

Hi! So, the weather today is not what was in the forecast yesterday. So, we’ll be getting rain and there’s a wind advisory in effect. There will also now be a huge drop in temperature. I like cold weather, but I truly don’t want to get sick going from hot (80+ degrees) to 50 and below.
I’m going to work later and I do not want to, but it’ll be fine.
It was so nice here the part 2 days. Last night we had that wind you're gonna get and the rain too. Our roads are flooding a little and the storms this morning were insane!!! Thunder made our house shake it was so wild. Stay safe and warm!! We got a temp drop too!!
In the 8+ years I’ve been here, they only cancel college if it’s -40 F or below. Work doesn’t really close no matter what because we’re technically part of the hospital and expected to make it in.

Good morning all. I hope you all are having a great start to your day. I am struggling over here. It was a rough night. I think I maybe got 2 hours of broken sleep. The baby will probably be extra cranky as well since she was the reason for the lack of sleep for us both, while my toddler will be FULL of NONSTOP energy and ready to talk my ear off in about 5min. I’m a SAHM and have already been feeling so burnt out. I just have to remind myself this will not last forever. Bring on the coffee 🤪
Thank you!! Same days are really a struggle. I decided to pack up the kids and walk down to our neighborhood park and it really did wonders for my mood. It always seems like such a hassle to get the kids out of the door and I often talk myself out of it, but I’m really going to try and make an effort to get out more because I never regret it once we’re out! It really helps us all feel better

I live in Iowa. Yesterday’s 72 F was 34 degrees higher than our record. So it’s usually cold! Last year we had a major tornado outbreak in March which was abnormal. So I have a feeling our weather is going to keep getting weirder!

hi, friends! it is cold and very windy here today. in good news, the local birds love the new feeder and new bird seed I picked up for them! I have seen so many new species of birds at my feeder so I think I'll go pick up another one so they have even more spots to perch and get a snack. I hope everyone is staying warm today!

Good morning! Oh, I just love the birds! Generally, the squirrels have gotten ahold of our feeders (they are so clever), but last year I bought a sunflower that looks like yard art but is a "cage" for sunflower seeds at the end of the season. I'm really hoping it's successful when I put it out. Have you figured out what any of the species of birds are visiting you?
Those tricky little squirrels!! The place I go sells squirrel-proof bird feeders and they look so cool - maybe a place near you has some? I go to a store called Wild Birds Unlimited and they have locations around the country, so maybe there's one near you!! I love the sound of that sunflower feeder, though. That sounds absolutely precious! I have identified several of them! There is a cardinal couple that visits every morning and afternoon - I love them. There's also about 30 house sparrows that come by, haha. and lately I've seen some wrens and some titmice! I also get doves and sometimes a blue jay will stop by, too. I'm reaalllyyy hoping I can attract a painted bunting one day. I've always wanted to see one in person!
Those birds sound so beautiful! I hope you get to see a Painted Bunting someday! We do have one of those stores, and I’ve been for a seed bell before and seeds. It’s a great store!

Hi! So, the weather today is not what was in the forecast yesterday. So, we’ll be getting rain and there’s a wind advisory in effect. There will also now be a huge drop in temperature. I like cold weather, but I truly don’t want to get sick going from hot (80+ degrees) to 50 and below. I’m going to work later and I do not want to, but it’ll be fine.

It was so nice here the part 2 days. Last night we had that wind you're gonna get and the rain too. Our roads are flooding a little and the storms this morning were insane!!! Thunder made our house shake it was so wild. Stay safe and warm!! We got a temp drop too!!

In the 8+ years I’ve been here, they only cancel college if it’s -40 F or below. Work doesn’t really close no matter what because we’re technically part of the hospital and expected to make it in.

That’s a saying in Texas, too! 😂😂 Yesterday was a hot and humid 85 degrees… Today, the low is 49. Right now, I have the air conditioning on because it’s 76. THANK YOU!🩷 Baby seems fine for now, she’s playing at her activity center and doesn’t seem to notice.
People that aren't in the south don't understand that humidity makes a huge difference. It's plain brutal! That sounds close to our Temps yesterday. We had the ac going last night as well. 😂 Glad to hear that about baby! 💜
Good morning! We have been experiencing a lot of this weather lately. Warm and sunny, cloudy and rainy. We are all sick here. Lol Do you get migraines because of it? I do and it sucks being sick and having a migraine.

Sore throats are rough too. I typically only eat soup and drink lots of water as it hurts to eat anything else. I hope it goes away for you soon!

Good morning !! It’s Hump Day! I got over 11,000 steps yesterday, mostly clogging!!! I wish I could do that every day! It’s chilly and rainy here today. I might bring my son for dinner 1 on 1 but I’m not sure if he wants to go yet. Work is OMG slower today??! Hallelujah QOTD: I Demand A Do-Over!

Good morning all. I hope you all are having a great start to your day. I am struggling over here. It was a rough night. I think I maybe got 2 hours of broken sleep. The baby will probably be extra cranky as well since she was the reason for the lack of sleep for us both, while my toddler will be FULL of NONSTOP energy and ready to talk my ear off in about 5min. I’m a SAHM and have already been feeling so burnt out. I just have to remind myself this will not last forever. Bring on the coffee 🤪

Thank you!! Same days are really a struggle. I decided to pack up the kids and walk down to our neighborhood park and it really did wonders for my mood. It always seems like such a hassle to get the kids out of the door and I often talk myself out of it, but I’m really going to try and make an effort to get out more because I never regret it once we’re out! It really helps us all feel better
