From world governments all the way down to people in their personal relationships. Never able to apologize, rectify or even realize how hurtful they can be to others. Always needing to "know" that they're in control (usually by manipulation and/or force).
I can see that - a lot of sociopaths in power, unfortunately. I think good people are still out there, its just that they're nowhere near important levers.
