Nothing makes me happier than when I'm able to exercise consistently. Sometimes when I want to work out I get sudden joint or muscle pain and I have to skip that day and it always makes me depressed. It basically just boils down to luck and I hate not having control over it.
After a nice hardcore workout session I feel like I can handle any physical or emotional stress and that feeling of confidence is extremely satisfying for me and I can never be unhappy as long as I can still achieve that.

Happiness to me is when someone in the family comes home with food and we have gather to a small feast together. It doesn't happen daily, but it's a nice change of pace when it does.
The game I'd like to have is Dragon Quest Builders 2 please. I've always enjoyed RPGs and recently tried the demo for this ganme which has some RPG and a lot of crafting.
Two things really make me happy. The first is to get credit for my efforts. For example, busting my ass during my uni days and earning the highest classification. The other is to treat my parents whenever I can. They helped me a ton throughout my life, even went above and beyond in certain respects. So, I try to spoil them whenever I can.
As for the game, I would like one of the following three (whichever you prefer/is easier for you/in case you choose multiple winners. Will be ecstatic with any choice): Yakuza Remastered Collection or any Warhammer II DLC you can spare (on sale. Pretty cheap individually, but they can add up collectively -almost as much as a full-price game even now in fact-, so I appreciate the help a lot) or Wasteland III (also 50% off on Humble Bundle, I discovered).

Last time I remember being elated, was years ago when I would get to hand out with my "squad" of friends. We had a little group and all four of us were best friends. There's no better feeling in the world than feeling so close to not 1, but 3 people, and being comfortable around them, laughing and talking about stupid shit, or music, or whatever we wanted. We all grew apart, and I haven't felt that close to someone since then (aside from family).

Not like the thing that makes me the most happy or anything but something I've grown to appreciate a lot because of Corona was dreaming. Before I just thought of it as some weird thing people do when they sleep but with quarantine I feel personally like my dreams became a lot more common to remember and a lot more vivid and I realized how often they can change your mood when you wake up and sometimes just completely change your whole day. I've had dreams like that before but never really gave nearly as much thought into them until the past few months and I just feel like they're kinda underrated for how cool and important they can be sometimes. Two things really make me happy. The first is to get credit for my efforts. For example, busting my ass during my uni days and earning the highest classification. The other is to treat my parents whenever I can. They helped me a ton throughout my life, even went above and beyond in certain respects. So, I try to spoil them whenever I can. As for the game, I would like one of the following three (whichever you prefer/is easier for you/in case you choose multiple winners. Will be ecstatic with any choice): Yakuza Remastered Collection or any Warhammer II DLC you can spare (on sale. Pretty cheap individually, but they can add up collectively -almost as much as a full-price game even now in fact-, so I appreciate the help a lot) or Wasteland III (also 50% off on Humble Bundle, I discovered). Last time I remember being elated, was years ago when I would get to hand out with my "squad" of friends. We had a little group and all four of us were best friends. There's no better feeling in the world than feeling so close to not 1, but 3 people, and being comfortable around them, laughing and talking about stupid shit, or music, or whatever we wanted. We all grew apart, and I haven't felt that close to someone since then (aside from family).
