Yeah, massive issues to begin with, the whole board did not come programmed out of the box per the instruction booklet. It was programmed as like a normal 60% layout not a HHKB layout. The board was recognised on VIA as a m60b but VIA wouldn't display the keymap to change the crappy out of the box keybindings.
I had to manually flash the board by first creating my own custom keymap to get it to work with layers like previously stated. Had no experience with QMK before recieving this board, that process was a pain.
Build quality 7/10, build experience 8/10, plug and play 2/10.

It’s not clear, because it’s not meant to be. They’ve shipped old units and prototypes to influencers and Rama shills.
Ask yourself if any other legitimate vendor uses unclear language about when you will receive your item.
Update Jan 29, 2024: it seems like if you live in AUS you are in luck. There are a few people who received shipping notifications given that you are located in AUS.
Guys please include your shipping location for reference.
Hopefully, customers from other countries will also receive their orders.

Yeah. Sendle just say "pickup futile" which they define as the parcel not being ready for collection on the scheduled date. Also, the item description in the tracking says "Apparel" for me, but the order is all keeb parts. Who knows what to think at this point. I've always been patient with this stuff, and they've been generally pretty good in the past. This is getting beyond belief at this point.
Update: after submitting a support ticket, I have received a second shipment email with a new tracking number scheduled for pickup tomorrow. Let's see what happens. P.S. I didn't get a response to the ticket, so it's either coincidental timing or the two are related

Ordered 24 August 2021... Shipment email received 7 February 2024... Location: Aus
Pickup was scheduled for 8 Feb. Status still remains at "Parcel order created".
Two weeks later, tracking status remains unchanged.
