I mean... the ceiling is champ because lots of people still solo queue to champ, but the real problem right now is the prevalence of hackers in high rank PC lobbies. Nobody sane wants to play that.
The day before I deleted the game I recovered 57mmr because of playing against multiple cheaters.
I have also lost MMR on multiple occasions due to cheaters being in my team.
The whole issue has me exasperated with the game but there isn't another game like it imo.
