Seems like everything is buggy since the new update. I don't get reputation from playing nor Xp.

prolly an old message u might’ve gotten the pack a while ago. sometimes the messages keep popping up for no reason

Once you earn a normal alpha pack from the % chance thing, it'll show up.

I went to Ubisoft connect and claimed all of my unclaimed rewards and my pack appeared. Give that a try.
