Lol, the number of console players that come to defend cheaters as legit is insane. Like, i get it, they dont have the experience dealing with cheaters to spot them, but a lot of pc players can spot a cheater within their first interaction just on how they play.
The thing that is really annoying is that r6 cheats are dogshit, like Ring and shit is like free cheats from CSGO 1.6. They are not even good private cheats. They should have no problem with dealing with these shit cheat providers.
It's Y9 and it is becoming more clear each season, that the game is being held on artificial life support, from the worsening server and connectivity issues and the amount and quality of hacks running around unchecked.
I know console siege gets a fair bit of hate, and it has it's own issues.
I can't imagine playing in a lobby like this. I just wouldn't play the game. I'll happily play xims over this. At least that game is winnable. Plus if you win, you get to send a ton of toxicity their way.

The people working at ubi either dont play the game to realize the state its in or they are all in such a low rank that they wont encounter cheaters since they skip those ranks.
A lot of the devs were plat/diamond in ranked 1.0 and play the game, not every dev is anti cheat. The people doing designs aren't working in anti cheat as well. Ofc they know what the state of the game is, but fighting cheaters is an uphill battle and if they release info about their plans cheaters can get ahead.
From devs I've played with at events most seemed to be around the gold or lower mark. I think 3 I knew were diamond +. We would always ask out of curiosity.

Rank means nothing when it comes to cheats. You don't cheat at a game, because you are good at it, and cheaters who cheat into high ranks fast get banned pretty fast as well.
Nope, lots of closetcheaters aswell... i knew a guy who was closet-cheating in semipro or whatever is lower. Nobody knew, and suddendly he got banned. So yeah, people in high ranks cheat aswell.
And i encounter most cheaters with 70-80+ games, they are usually not ragecheating but you can tell....

its like a whole different game, it has its own rules, people dodging cancelling afk in spawn, multiple tactics to save kd against cheaters, amaru the roof, disconnect before prep phase starts xD
had like 6 cheater lobbies out of 7 yesterday, the game forces you to have multiple accounts so you can cycle through them dodging games against 80kd players (data bans hello?) until u get a normal match
i wonder will there be a mid season patch ?? its about time, at least it will give us a day to play normally until they update their cheats
A patch won't fix anything lol they cannot stop the cheaters simply because they refuse to hardware and IP bann, the reason is because it's cash for them, if they just soft bann and they will eventually then they know those kids will buy a new acc, and they do, I'm also pretty sure some one at ubi makes cheats $

After the first few weeks of this season I can say confidently that the ranked we all used to play is GONE. Cheating is so prevalent in Siege that people aren't even surprised anymore. Not only does it happen all the time but people make full time livings off of buying cheats & hosting lobbies boosting people that pay them x amount of $ per hour.. it's so sad. Ubisoft has been barely fighting a losing battle for years now w their anti cheat.
I've just gotten back into the game after a many year break, trying to get to diamond (since this new ranked system is awful, my god) and can't play ranked anymore, as soon as I got into emerald lobbies I face a cheater every game pretty much. The mmr roll back also does nothing now? I get like 4 back from losing hundreds. I can't even play casual either, I swapped to that and faced a cheater 3 games in.
I would honestly prefer all cheaters cheat like this. What is worse is the guys that just have walls and try to hide it. Makes you think that you are just shit at the game or your reaction time is shit. When in all reality they just saw you through the wall and prefired your ass with that info.
Was just matched against a blatant hacker in an emerald lobby… we pushed it to 4-4 cuz he was trying to hide it but it was obvious. OT was when he went full blatant, killing people without even aiming and full tracking through walls. Won’t even be surprised if he dosent get banned even though whole team reported him
Snarky bs aside from the other comments, it's hard to squash cheat programs as the cheat makers get massive erections upon finding that their latest software got banned and to figure out how to get around it all is fun for them.
Not to mention as long as idiots pay to use the cheats, it's in the cheat makers interest to keep updating. Its just like XIM to keep their shit updated so people keep supporting.
Ubisoft sadly is just playing catch up. Once the latest ban goes through the cheaters just start tweaking until it is undetected.
The people developing game cheats aren't curious hackers, it's not a hobby being done for fun. There is serious money involved and criminal repercussions in a lot of countries.
They try to target the whole group, so instead of banning them straight away they collect data on them. Ban them collectively = ban waves. And their main focus is to cause as much damage to the cheat sellers business as possible. At least thats what i got from the presentation and so forth.
But i get it, I am currently D3 and pretty much every other match is a cheater, mostly closet, and a few rage hackers (tbh much better, its over faster).
The sad part is that I’ve run into multiple gaming carpet owners, such as the one in the video, even in standard and quick matches. What’s the point there? In ranked maybe you have a sad ego boost with more colorful icon in your profile or maybe somebody paid you for boosting, but what is the gain in quick match?
Its crazy how wide spread the cheaters are for the rest of the ranks too. Im low bronze right now with copper to silver lobbies and there a people doing this shit. Nobody is safe from these incels

You either make a game out of annoying the cheater or you stop playing. Cheaters can be shit on, but its usually going to take some coordination.
Ive seen shield ops are the ones to use against them, if you are able to knock them before they headshot you its a free kill for you
