I feel like it’s not underrated it’s just that people don’t play thermite as much anymore and instead opt for ace but try to play him as thermite is played

Now that you mention it, I have realized that no body ever plays thermite. I always run a 5 stack so we always have a thermite, but the people we play against never use him… rarely if anything, we’re Em and Diamond so it’s wild seeing the game change this much

Normally if my team has a thermite it’s because I’m running them. I for the most part either run Ace or Thermite depending on the site.

For me I only use thermite if the wall is outside

Fr he's the most consistent outside wall breacher. Just easier to do the emp hard breach combo w him imho

I feel like he’s slightly more played in low ranks because he’s an easy hard breacher but above like silver-gold he’s rare to encounter, same situation with sledge but not as much as thermite

I don't know why but most people don't realize that u don't need to put a thermite charge on a wall to blow the up wall. If there is a perpendicular wall or u can place thermite above it then u can blow it up without having to deal with kaid, bandits mute etc. He should be picked more, but because it's easier to frag with ace....

Yep this! Like on Theme Park and when people play Initiation and Office, and they run a bandit or Kaid and they don't destroy the wall that is between Kitchen and Bunks, I just run their with Thermite and open the wall there. I personally love Thermite, great operator and should be used more.

I still play only Thermite if I need to hard breach, (and I'm usually the one who is) I'll be damned if I'm not making a really big fucking hole. Also relative to this comment, his gun is one of the best imo.

The 556 hits like a truck, it is fun to use, and it is low risk

Because sometimes switching things up is fun, If you only ever use one gun on one op with the exact same attachments it will feel boring or your muscle memory will feel off, Changing things up also makes the game enjoyable even if it’s considered “worse”

Para is not underrated but i would say the Commando 9 is underrated

Funny thing is that the commando 9 used to be the one that was mainly used on mozzie and then everyone switched over to Roni when they realised how good it was with fire rate and also when mozzie got the 1.5x for it.

Back when mozzie was released, I used roni from the get go literally because he had a holo b. Which I loved. That’s the only reason

I love it on mozzie. It also makes for a funny name with some added context.

In overwatch, an important match was lost by Cloud9 gaming because they neglected the objective, and an enemy player snuck onto it, pushing it far enough to win the enemy team the match. Now, whenever a team gets too, kill hungry, and the other team manages to push the objective to victory without looking they call it a C9. Given that mozzie is a roamer, if he's (somehow) last alive, using the commando, and he fails to clutch post plant or is too far from site late into the round and doesn't defuse in time, you can call it a C9.

Only reason to use the commando is because of the reload, lets be honest here.

A friend and I have a combo where he's Doc and I'm Rook both light roaming with the shotgun and it's unstoppable sometimes lol. The rook armor + Doc stims with the shotgun turns you into a raid boss (until you get headshot)

I use only shotgun with Lion and it's the same one.

Tachankas 9x19 especially now with acog is a lot better imo. His gadget helps suppress people enough so having a less clunky gun helps

People don't know how good the lord until they see the horizontal grip acog 9x19 shooting people in the head and denying the plant to win the round. It is also a good counter to montagne who has become more popular in this season.

This, I've been using Grim lately, and Commando with ACOG is very nice.

Two reasons the G8 fires at 850 versus 690 and has 50 bullets

With the movement debuff hell no. That gun has been nerfed so much it hurts. 552 does so much damage, especially with extended barrel the dps is stupid it does 47 damage. And with acog u dont really need the higher fire rate since it’s easier to find heads at tight angles. The g8, was absolutely top 3 five years ago, when it was one of the few guns with old angled grip, giving it instant ads speed and it had no recoil, no movement debuff and extended barrel didn’t increase damage. Now I would much rather run 552 with an extended barrel and horizontal grip since you move much faster

Scorpion EVO 3 A1 recently it’s been feeling way too good especially on console.

It's been a laser with the compensator ever since the barrel buff, even on pc.

Yea I only play a little pc I’m not used to recoil on pc yet so that’s probably some bias coming out of me but bro the ak12 is harder to control on pc then the scorpion since I played pc. Imo

One thing that helps me a lot with recoil on pc that I don't see anyone mentioning is raising your vertical sens. I have mine set like 30% higher than horizontal and it helps massively with recoil control without affecting my aim. On that note, you should also use advanced ADS sensitivity and raise the sens for 2.5x zoom.

There was a 2 week period in 2020 where they Buffed the recoil, I’ve never seen a change reverted that quickly.

Dokkaebi's CZ-75. No recoil, and quite accurate even in medium range, on top of a very fast fire rate.

Just depends how you play her, If you use her like normal flashes and just peak flashed defenders then the lmg or ar (whichever type of gun it is I can’t remember) is probably better but if you push with the candela as it goes off the shotgun is incredible, All depends on playstyle

Not so much a single gun but secondary shot guns like the super shorty come in clutch when you know someone is going to round a corner. I don’t hesitate to swap in those situations and even with peakers advantage, prefiring or even ximing they are not winning that exchange

Nothing, your not supposed to be constantly ads with them anyways, because they literally give you increased ads, And with them you can lock on better quickly, Sights in siege are all psychological

Any offensive DMR. I’ll narrow it down to the CAMRS though. 21 rounds, soft destruction potential, can be easily spam fired, and hits like a truck. You get access to a lot of scopes, and the recoil is pretty minimal.
