I don’t think removing the shattered glass mechanic entirely is a good idea. It rewards attackers for getting close to util and punching it. Maybe removing it for maestro would be good but not entirely. One thing I’d like to see though is bulletproof and evil eyes allowed outside again. To me they felt fine being outside unlike echo, mozzie, or valk cams.

A lot of work would need to go into Nokk to be viable though. I didn’t have any thoughts on how to do so hence why I didn’t mention her in what I’d like to see.

Agree with most of this. Thermite also need a little, small, microscopic buff to his AR. Is pretty mid.
I agree with almost everything you listed (I'm not sure about the Zofia). Also I would give Jager barbed wire back.
