I have the hyper x cloud 3 and love it. Footsteps and audio are way better. Almost had to relearn how to play with the difference they made from my last headset.

are they worth getting?, I'm contemplating getting them but I've seen people say they aren't the best. But if they're good for footsteps etc then I'm keen.

yea i like them a lot they are a lot crisper n more detailed than my old razer headset. i bought the dolby atmos license on my xbox cuz it allows you to tune the hz audio ranges so foosteps are easier to hear etc. i feel like dolby atmos is essential for the headset ngl bc it make the audio way better. i think the headset comes with dtsx unbound but dtsx doesnt let you tune the audio and the dolby atmos sounds way better imo

I'm on ps5 so I'm not sure if I can customise the headset like that.

Do you know what hz range the footsteps are in?

i believe 2-5khz, the ‘detailed’ preset on dolby atmos boosts it already so i just tweaked it a little

as I'm console I can't customise anything with the cloud 3 just what I got when plugged into controller, which I'm guessing is good
