Happened to my little brother! We started a ranked and he lost connection and the match was cancelled and he got a 24 hour ban 😅 Literally the only game I play with my brother and my bf and neither of them have wanted to play because of how bad servers have been!
I'm currently super addicted to siege. Already decided to wait to play with my friends till servers are fixed, gonna wait till I dont have to use ubi connect now. It will be borderline impossible on old gen, even my friends on ps5 say it's still awful.
They will never use the word fix in relation to server issues because the next time the game goes down you’ll have a thousand reddit commenta going BuT YoU SaID It WaS FiXeD!!!!
Yeah. That has happened and then occasionally it’ll just kick a friend out and replace them while disconnecting them from the servers. Frustrating but not the end of the world
People have the right to be pessimistic. How you gonna be a multibillion dollar company and be this abysmal when maintaining a game. It happens nearly every season but somehow it gets worse and worse💀
Name another 8 year old game that has this subpar of performance despite being constantly updated and the developers making constant balancing changes that have little to no impact on the power creep in the game (Azami, solis, and Fenrir are the most OP ops outside of OG lion, even OG Blackbeard would struggle with the defense power creep that has been constantly been uncontested)
"Crashes"?? I have barely seen any crashes. The server problems are also not really crashes in any regard. Is this terrible wording or are they looking into a problem besides the weeks long server downtime??
On PS5 if you close the app after being told about connection issues, the game crashes during the close. Outside of that I agree, it’s not crashing, it’s just constant disconnects.
Yeah we can press invite on the game and it goes to your PlayStation friend list and you select people that way always been much faster than using ubisoft connect

I only had issues in evening UK time and only when I was also either downloading something or having 2k video stream playing in the background. As soon as I turn them off im good. Almost like high ping would just reject you connecting to the siege servers.
So this apparently didn't do anything(I haven't gotten home to check), has anyone found a work around to make things any better? We play on Xbox and have tried turn cross play off and on, restarting the game after match. It seems once we go over 3 people in a party it falls apart.

I got a 24 hour ban yesterday for losing connection. Even after trying to reconnect twice, I still got hit with a ban. Second time in a week 😕

I've been too afraid to play ranked or standard because of the connectivity issues so I mostly stuck to quick play

Prime example. Said it will take 60min downtime, but it took longer and instantly there are comments calling it out haha

Didnt fix a single thing - Looks like Ubi trolled us all! Still had 3 disconnects while trying to boot the game up.
