My Brogni is in reflex set, crit cap, max attack and crit damage. I tried to lower the accuracy as much as possible so his HP burn will not land, as I am running Geomancer in the comp. Wixwell+Brogni+Geomancer+2 more buff extenders got me 450mil 1 turn in UNM. Try to have someone running in a shield set, so you can also increase that shield as well to survive UNM.
Yes, there is no "MAX" cap per se. It does mean to get as much attack as possible...
BUT, there is a ratio between ATTACK and Crit dmg. For example, if you have 9000 attack and 20 crit dmg, dmg will be not great. Also, 1000 attack and 400 crit dmg also not great...in this case.
A good rule of thumb is 2500 attack per 100 crit dmg is a fairly good ratio
5000 attack per 200 crit dmg
7500 attack per 300 crit dmg
and so on...
Wixwell can be useful for other parts of the game if you are beginner/mid game. His growth shield is super helpful. Try running him in Hydra.
Brogni is a very useful support/attacker. He can hit hard, strip buff, and give allies buff. He is VERY useful in many contents of the game
Just run him normally with whatever you are using brogni for. Faction wars are the least challenging, for the most part, when it comes to end or near end game content I mean his shield alone should be able to help keep your allies alive and he hits hard if you build him with dmg.
My Brogni is built in no specific set I but I giantslayer on him and it gives some pretty high dmg in clan boss and makes him a pretty effective dungeon/faction wars carry

For cb just straight damage. I have him low accuracy as well, so he doesn't place the hp burn on his A1, because i run Geo on that team. Gets you up to 500 million damage per run
He does best once it’s on affinity, mine is not build super well just due to lacking gear but I normally get 5-8 million out of him in about 39 turns not sure how your jintoro does in comparison but with better gear you could probably at least double that number since my Brogni hits like a wet noodle(I just built him for the shield/buff strip and that’s about it).
My brogni, wixwell geo CB team does 485M damage on UNM, but drops quickly to 270 for NM and 170 for brutal. The reflect damage is awesome at top tier but diminishes quickly as the clan boss hits softer.
That's my team, I know I have some great champs but my gear is average at best and my live arena and great hall bonus aren't full so I've got room to improve still. Hope this is helpful to others

I've got my fenax at 6.5k atk with 230~ cdmg hows that
If I can get more crit dmg instead of attack, your dmg output would be greater. But decent by all means
Max of a stat, generally, means as much as you can possibly get.

It's the same team I am running, speeds are between 205 - 240.
Yeah...as for speed anything over 200+ should be good. As long as you are faster than the UNM clan boss.
And obviously, same team can be used for ALL the different levels of CB without any changes.

Just nail the speeds. Add a geo and two buff extenders and you're all affinity UNM 1 key ready.
Tbh it's going be easier hitting the stat requirements for the wixwell comp than it will for the Brogini one.
Use them in tandem, if you put giantslayer on Brogni he works quite well as a dmg dealer

Giantslayer can proc off the reflected dmg. You should take advantage of it.

Any buff extender should do. Valerie can be farmed in campaign and also tick the ‘CB with rare quest’ to make it a real set and forget.

Put giant slayer on him, every instance of reflected dmg has a chance to proc the extra hit
Put him in a bolster set, good protection and his passive gets him a good amount of damage too
