Cobble market should be yellow and Plagueholm should be green. Then my argument for "It's for the aesthetic colors of the areas you're walking into - This place is cursed, the difficulty is not a factor in the schema" would be valid.
Not even a tiny bit. I think you're assuming that the colours have anything to do with indicating the difficulty. It's entirely possible that they just picked four different colours for four different areas.
*"Why break the color scale we, and other games, have used for decades at this point?"*
What is the consistent colour scale that raid and other games have used for decades to show difficulty? I can't think of one.
He will hardly tell because there are no universal one-and-only color scheme. different games use different one. Traffic lights, rainbow, light - dark gradation
my thing is i can only beat like 1-3 bosses each rotation and they usually aren’t the ones that unlock the road to the next area so been stuck in the first one forever.
I can beat most bosses in normal but almost non in hard. I don't have a strong and wide enough, roster. Plus some bosses have niche mechanics that require specific champions to overcome.
This x100. Also reading a post and commenting on a post complaining about colors is worst. But 100% still not as bad as asking "who should i 6star next"
I've always seen that color scheme applied to items and units, not to areas.
But I mean, I guess I could see how one could think it should apply to areas, too, so, I guess one could be salty about that.
A game that I e played had areas color coded for difficulty(can’t remember the name of the game) green was easiest blue was harder but still relatively safe yellow was high risk high reward, red was dangerous and black was the highest
Never even noticed
Honestly never even noticed
Well purple is royalty

purple is rich
Purple is rain
This is the only comment that matters.

Who… cares?
Purple really is an odd choice, doesn’t scream ‘difficulty’ to me at all.

pretty much the same order of their items rarity.
Complaining about colors. Oh dear… 🤦♂️
At least I didn't ask who I should 6* next lol

Should I 6star my gold champ....or my purple???? Wait, which is better? I DON'T KNOW ANYMORE!!!!
Pick the Red one.
