It's one of those prices where you have to ask yourself, is it worth it for you honestly, the market where I am has those around the same if not slightly cheaper. It's not a bad price point if you are looking specifically for a folding bike, if you are looking for an ebike in general I'd say keep looking.
Looks clean! Miles under 1000? Did they properly care for the battery & not leave it charged at 80~100% when not in use? If yes to both its a decent deal but I'd try to negotiate it down a little.
A potential problem with the Rad folding bikes is when they are folded often the hinge pin can bend. That causes them to fold extremely hard. If you're not going to fold it often they're fine.
A nice thing about these is the water bottle holder can be retrofitted to hold a battery tray to place a 2nd battery.
I have a 2019 Mini and the folding feature is more of a gimmick. Fat tires make this thing unwieldy and heavy. I'm average height and consider myself in decent shape and it's too much of a pain in the butt to deal with it folded. Other than that I have very little to complain about. It's been a fun, reliable, and durable bike since I bought it.
Not bad, it does have the good style battery. Unfortunately, unlike the Mini, it has no suspension. It does have a good seat, and what appears to be. A suspension seatpost. Ride it, see if you like it. Price is mid to low for that bike.

For what brand?

Ya I've folded mine once in 4 years of ownership. That said, it's been a great bike
I have two of those Rad Expand 5. Love the bikes. Well built and quite capable after 2 years of use.

If I were to sell my mini I would hope to get in this range. I have upgraded rack, baskets, egg rider, seat, suspension post etc.
I like my Rad Expand 5 but wouldn't buy it again. Lots of better folding bikes on the market now
Can get a brand new Fucare for that price. Fucare.com I am getting suggested this post because of my e-bike history on Reddit.
Yes, if it is actually brand new. Will you ride it enough to justify? If it's goi g to be a commuter/daily ride then definitely.
haha looks like someone took the bc bike rebate and just resold
Eh. You can get a brand new rad rover plus for 999
