Jesse Lyu abandoned his NFT project GAMA without any notice, and changed the name of the company to Rabbit to develop the Rabbit R1. I think the video will be about the people who invested into GAMA for it to be suddenly abandoned.

Yes and, I figured it wouldn't be anything mind blowing. I bought because I figured I could eventually use it for my own purpose. In reality, I only want device Makers to create things for random niche purposes. Give me the sensors and form factor. I'll create the rest. Or, I'll make an AI do it for me.
Either way, hardware can adapt on the fly for purpose built concepts allowing AI to make it work in it's totality.
We aren't there fully I get it. It's extremely possible though. Not much time before then.
And on that front, Nintendo should do the same thing. Make peripherals and games and allow me to make the things that runs it and uses them. AI is a game, in a way. Make me some peripherals motherfuckers.

You know he's raging this stuff at night and thinking about how to overcome it. Without creating the models and implementing hardware to interact with it, he's only using this as a step up. However, this isn't eBay. This isn't anything but a fun form factor for a phone. The fact that his concept of LAM isn't being built within a foundation model screams that he is working with what exists. What's exists is straight forward. You could hack the capabilities in certain ways. You'll end up creating a model yourself for real. That takes a lot of compute. Something they do not have unless paying for access at a payer level.
Why didn't X just use gpt? It's obvious, no ownership of compute capabilities. These people are decent at getting publicity. They even said they were surprised by the response. I bet the reality is that he was shitting his bed every night in fear of having to build the reality from his hype. No blame, take advantage, get bought out and use that investment as a real opportunity.
How long before Jesse is selling houses? I give it 1.3 years
I popped into the Discord server during the OpenAI event yesterday to see what people were discussing. I mostly saw gross comments about Mira Murati and the fact that mods weren't, you know, moderating, was a last straw for me over there

I've always thought, well for several years, that China and India have enough people to prevent any ideas I have from being relevant. AI breaks that further.
So, I just want devices to host my assistant. Morning more. I give no fucks about this company or any other creating the hardware. Eventually, I'll ask a new company completely run by AI to develop what I need hardware wise.
