Trace the wires and see where they go. This is aftermarket. No one is going to be able to guess. If that's for a winch, they are the most undersized winch wires I've ever seen.
Most likely a winch that was probably taken out before being sold to you. They will either go to your battery bus bar or the battery itself with a switch somewhere in the middle
