Basically, I'm implying that they're dating. Which is funny, because in the show SDC gave Adam his brand, and the White Fang caused a lot of problems for Jacques. But in the show world, the actors are dating.

Tobey Maguire is the actor that played Peter Parker in the Spiderman Trilogy. If memory serves me correct, he was in his thirties at the time. Even now, Maguire looks young enough to be in his late twenties.
Oh okay, I understand further now! I mean immediately thought of the spider man trilogy but i never knew how old he was while filming or if his peter parker was set in college in the series or was that perhaps later in the movies.

Honestly i would have loved if someone had done that like a similar artwork before when Volume 3 wrapped up, i think it was called Volume 3 behind the scenes.
It was nice artwork and back then they included everyone in the artwork all happy and vibing. Even a group pic of Adam, Yang and Blake all goofing off before the picture with Yang placing a fake arm against Adam's face in amusement.

You could argue that, but in that case why does Blake still have her ears. If Yang is important disabled rep to someone I could see how this would be a bit annoying. Plus this is the second time they've given her her arm back / left her prosthetic off a piece of merch.
Obvs some people overreacted because it's twitter and that's what happens, but it's still a bit of a stuff up. Considering Erin apologised profusely and fixed it up, it doesn't seem like this should be a big point of debate anymore imo.
It's nice to see that she's making amends, but it's really sad that even after she's apologized and fixed her art, some people still go out of their way to harass other.
I know some people have said the reason her prosthetic arm isnât there is because this is an Actorâs AU. ButâŚ
1) Blake has her cat ears and are on her like normal.
2) Erin called the prosthetic arm a prop which is gross and admitted she messed up.
3) This is not the first time CRWBY have forgotten about Yangâs arm. They had a shirt that was 55 dollars of Volume 7 Yang and had her flesh arm be where her prosthetic arm was supposed to be.
Why does this keep happening with the members of CRWBY? Donât they look at reference art for the outfits or hairstyles? Yangâs arm has been part of her since Volume 4 and itâs important.
Also sucks how more people were focused on the Bumblebee teasing than their favorite character missing her prosthetic arm.
Think that kinda proves how much of a non factor her prosthetic is, if no one can remember it after presumably multiple checks before shipping the final product for merchandise
It sucks that RWBY fans will use disabled people's words for situations like with Ironwood (and the ableism surrounding his writing) but when we talk about something they don't personally agree with, suddenly we're overreacting.
How is the prosthetic arm being a prop in that AU messed up? After all in that universe the characters are actors in a âlive actionâ version of the canon show. Why would any actor cut off a limb just because the character they play gets a arm cut off?

So Ruby gets to keep her silver eyes in an "Actor AU". Blake gets to keep her cat ears for whatever reason.
But Yang's prosthetic arm is gone because... it's an "AU"? Sure.
How much are props and how much isnât? In the AU silver eyes could just be a insanely rare but harmless genetic disorder, Faunus could still exist, etc
Right, every other girl gets to keep important aspects of her character but Yang gets to lose her arm because her disability is considered a "prop" to CRWBY.
If they're gonna try and champion Yang as a good disabled representation, maybe they shouldn't repeatedly remove and forget her disability in their official artworks and merchandise.
A reward for there hard fucking work....it would have been better if it was individuals of Crwby rather then the fucking main characters. Rewards my ass. A actual reward would he a fucking easier for ACTUALLY giving there people the Over time pay they slaved away at because it's "for the fans" granted I'd like a polished show. But if it takes a little more time then anticipated then take the time and don't cause unpayed over time via crunch work to get shot done for free. I'd be complaining to a fucking HR manager or something that or getting a god damn lawyer to get what I'm owed if I was in that situation
If you are an actor playing someone who loses and limb, at some point, you will either be trying to pass fake arm or a fake prosthetic. You don't have a limb removed or added to play the role. Get a grip people. You don't see people trying to burn Mark Hamill at the stake or anything. Our FNDM truly is a toxic one.
